No refunds unless communicated and approved by Flame Haven Candle Bar. Exchanges are permitted within 3 days. Items must be unopened and unused.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at flamehaven23@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, you are responsible for all shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Shipping Info
Standard Shipping is 3-5 Business Days. Please allow up to 7 business days after your order is confirmed to receive your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number via email. Please make sure your email is correct when checking out.
After an order is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.
Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If package is return, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
